Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! Every product image on our site represents the items you will receive. We strive to depict our bottles, packaging, and labeling accurately. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or manufacturing updates.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your purchase, your receipt is automatically emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
If you didn’t receive it, you can:

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied!
To return a product:

  1. Email us at returns@livingwatersus.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will send you step-by-step return instructions.

Note: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Out-of-stock items are typically restocked as soon as possible.

Where can I ship my order?

Living Waters currently only delivers within select ZIP codes around the Texas area.
If your ZIP code is eligible, delivery options will appear automatically at checkout.
If you do not see delivery options, it means we do not service your area yet.
